[PS5] Medal of Honor Trophy Bug

Hi Everyone!
I’m reaching out here because I’ve completed the requirements for the trophy Medal of Honor (commit 414 acts of valor in multiplayer) on my PlayStation 5, but it still hasn’t unlocked. According to guides, the requirement is 414 accolades in multiplayer. 
I’m playing in official multiplayer playlists (not Portal solo) and meet the other listed criteria.
Can you please confirm if this is a known issue, and whether there are plans to fix this trophy bug in the upcoming Season 1 patch? If needed, I can provide my PSN ID, game version, and a screenshot of my accolade count.

    idem pour moi, level 95 et toujours rien. avez vous réussi a le débloquer depuis le temps?

    I'm haven't unlocked medal of honor trophy I've done everything all accolades and nothing almost lol 30

    I have the same issue. I have played a combination of Portal and Public matches, accumulating accolades related to "acts of valor" like field surgeon, payback, etc. But still no trophy. 

    I can also provide my PSN id and accolades count to help fix this bugged trophy.

    Did you manage to fix that issue somehow? I tried everything , but nothing helps . I have already over 2000 ..
