PS5 mouse input slow down | delay | cancle

I play on PS5 PRO and when i rotate my aim as quick as possible my rotation will slowed down by what ever. 

I have a sens of 30cm for 360° and when i strafe the mouse fast i end bei an 45° or180° rotation instad of 360°.

If i disconnect my controller every works fine. So the controller support is kicking in the mouse sens.

And this is a no go... why is the controller still controlling when i use my mouse. ther shoude a cancelation that only one input is controlling at the same time. i mean games like ARMA can do thinks like this...

 i fly heli with controller and infantery with mouse. so i switch my controller on and off.....
