Q for "Thank you" is buggy

I've noticed that when pressing Q to thank the medic for reviving you, it doesn't always result in the "Thank you" voice line. Sometimes it works but most of the time it doesn't. Though I am unsure if the voice line is only missing for the person that pressed Q, but still audible to the rest of the team or if it's not triggering entirely.  Either way it's a really annoying bug as this is one of my favorite features that Battlefield 6 introduced. Hope this is getting fixed soon!

(As I play on PC, I cannot confirm whether this also happens on consoles or not but I'd assume so.)
