Q key no longer marks objective when looking at it

If you are squad leader and want to mark an objective for the squad you can no longer just hit Q while looking at it. When looking at it the square appears around the objective but the only way to mark it for the squad is to hold Q to open the commo rose menu and manually select the objective.

When looking at the objective the 4 points show up around the icon to show you are looking at it and ready to give a squad order. However hitting Q does not mark it as a squad objective. Only way to mark it is using the commo rose menu. 

You should just be able to look at the point and hit Q like all the previous games and the beta. Since this functionality worked in the beta im assuming its a bug. Its much easier to just look at the objective and hit Q instead of having to navigate that menu, especially in combat.
