QA Ticket, Engineer Specialist 3 does not track progress / resets

Description: The Engineer Specialist 3 challenge resets upon restarting of the game. I know this is true because i was at around 200+ out of 1000 on the challenge, then it reset for me the first time, no biggie I thought, clearly an issue, but it did it again for me even when I was at 55/1000. 

Expected Results: Players Progress should be adjusted as they perform the actions needed to complete the challenge
Actual Results: Players progress is reset upon exiting of the game and launching a new game.

Reproduction Steps: 
1. Launch BF6.exe.
2. Make sure Engineer is at Specialist 3 Challenge
3. Progress through challenge.
4. Exit out of the game.
5. Launch game again, notice that the progress is reset to 0/1000.

100% repro rate will hit EVERY Time, unless completed in one playthrough.
