Random Freezes but can still spin around / look around.

Not sure what is causing this issue but every few matches midway through my entire in game world freezes, but I can still spin around in circles. Eventually it either sends me to desktop or I have to ALT+F4. I have noticed it happens faster and more often the higher my graphics settings are. But even playing on the lowest possible settings it still happens. My PC specs are Intel Core i7-14700K, NVIDIA RTX 4070Ti Super, 32GB DDR5 6000MT/s Memory, 1TB NVMe SSD.

Is the game just that poorly optimized? I have tried uninstalling, verifying integrity of files, and other things but still no success. I rarely get to actually finish a full match of any game mode.
