Randomly increased reticle speed without aiming after combat begins

So after the last update I had no issues whatsoever looking left and right without ads. Now I have super increased ads and no ads look sensitivity I've tried reinstalling I've tried deleting the cache it's not fixed. I've even tried resetting my sensitivity settings nothing is working. It's severely irritating to get killed due to all the sudden the increased ads and even just regular look sensitivity. It only starts several seconds after I spawn and or enter combat. It's dumb. I've never had this problem before and it is game breaking. Please fix it or I won't be able to play and finish my battle pass.
