Anyone having the issues in the title? The Profile tab on the main menu won’t display any of my statistics such as my K/D, most played modes and class, etc. Furthermore, my rank is being displayed as a level “0” in a dark black font. Whether it be at the main menu, the pause menu, and even at the end of a match where you can see everyone in your squad all posted up…

Im on ps instead of opening game highlighted game then options button opens tab that says close app about the 5th one down says restore license press that then enter game your level will come back and your stats appear after playing a game

It makes friends joining you harder as they just can’t really join you, also makes joining people harder.
i unlinked my steam account and it started to work, then the next time I signed in it was back, so I linked it again and it started to work. But now I can’t unlink it again for like 6 months and it’s back to the same reset stats but can still level up. So annoying

Have exactly the same problem. Started about 3 days ago. When logged into another account, there is no problem whatsoever.. but my main EA account where I have purchased the game and the battle pass already.. that one is all f'ed up.. Have spent LITERAL HOURS talking to their "tech support".. an absolute waste of time.. you will just be handed over to the next clueless worker.. passed around like a joint at a party..
Same issue, on top of it Friend requests are not working, there is a blank name request shown to the recipient and it can't be accepted, only declined. Also, none of my friends are able to find me by my nickname in game or in EA app. Tried on multiple PCs and different networks.
Relinking the account does not work, I tried it. Also, support is useless, saying it's a "known bug" and refer you to useless fixes on the forum, when the bug is clearly with the account/BF servers.
