Recon Specialist 1 and Support Specialist 3

Recon Specialist 1 is not tracking for me, no matter how many times it says "Spotted Enemy" it does not count towards the challenge. Currently 34/300 when I am supposed to have it completed by now.

Support Specialist 3 is also not giving enough points for the challenge, I have defeated numerous enemies with the launcher and its giving me miniscule amounts of points. The amount of enemies I have defeated with it should've given me the challenge completion already.

A lot of Dog Tags (Like Field Surgeon and Headhunter) and Challenges are simply not tracking properly its becoming frustrating to deal with when I want to get these challenges out of the way and focus on playing the game with my friends.
