Red Dot on sights gets smaller when on target

When you aim down sights with a red dot sight, the dot gets smaller when you are on tartget. You can test this easily in the shooting range by hovering over the target dummies.

On some sights now the dot is 1x1 Pixel when on a target, which is a little bit hard to see on a 4k screen... oO
