Redsec weapons upgrade kit
When picking up an upgrade kit it disappears and is not in your inventory. My sister had this issue before recent update on PC. I didnt start having this issue until after the update on Playstation.

Same. STILL AN ISSUE GUYS. FIX IT. Its just me every time. Hack into my game and FIX IT.
