Reticle Motion Blur with AMD FSR Enabled

  I have a Windows 11 PC with a NVidia RTX 3080TI driver ver. 591.95.
Currently I'm experiencing a weird issue when I have AMD FSR enabled. When enabled, running around the environment feels very smooth. However, all reticles have this weird motion blur. When it's disabled, running around the environment feels much less smooth, but the reticle motion blur is gone. I've tried changing all kinds of settings to no avail. I've included my settings profile (as .txt) just in case there might be some other setting causing issues.

Can you please look into this issue and provide feedback?
