"Rubber Band" like lag on official servers.

When joining an official server, I have extreme lag that makes the game essentially unplayable. Other players will teleport around, and my character will slide around even with no input. I have experienced similar issues in other games when I have high latency or packet loss, but this issue occurs when I have consistently 20-40ms ping and 0 packet loss. Additionally, this only occurs on official servers, and I can play just fine on community servers. As anyone else experienced this or found a fix?
