Rubberbanding then disconnect since 1.1.2.0

Since the latest update i cant play one full round. After some time I get really bad rubberbanding (lagging) and then a disconnect because of inactivity.

I didnt change anything about my setup. Internet connection is stable.

Specs:

AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D

RTX 5070Ti

32 GB Ram

I'm getting the same issues since about two weeks ago. AMD Ryzen 7 9800 X3D 9070xt 64g ram, 1g internet. It may be related to crouch slide/jumping? I will rubberband once then instant DC.

Ping is steady at 8ms
