Sabotage match regularly disconnects during "swapping roles"

Out of like maybe 10-15 matches, about 4 or so have disconnected back to menu during the mid-match "Swapping Roles" part. 

Also, likely related, the Swapping Roles progress often gets stuck (progress bar doesn't move) but it often completes anyway after a protracted delay. This is experienced by the whole lobby, judging by chat. "Is the game stuck or is it just me?" etc.

Maybe the game is timing me out because Swapping Roles takes too long??
