Scoreboard stuck bug

Hello, I get this error quite often while playing online games. When I press the L2 button for direct aiming, the Scoreboard pops up out of nowhere and I can't do anything. It's impossible to exit it during the game and the player has to wait until someone kills them. Sometimes it also happened to me that no one had managed to kill me and due to inactivity it kicked me out of the game to the main menu. Please fix this annoying error, it's ruining the experience for players all over the world. It's really terrible!
