Screen turns yellow

Screen is turning yellow, then black. 

CPU: Ryzen 5800X 
GPU: AMD 6700XT 12GB
RAM: 32gig 3200 Mhz 
SSD: SAMSUNG SATA DRIVE 1TB 
(Checked the health and updates of each, all up to date, all in healthy condition.) 

Never Have I seen this before, Upon Entering the close quarter's city map, that is like New York. About a quarter of the way in my screen turns yellow. Not my entire screen, meaning if i ALT+Tabbed it would look completely fine. 

During gameplay, I would randomly either be A: Blinded by some random light i could not find the source of. 
B: Have My screen blackened either entirely, partially, or literally only where I am aiming.  And other conditions/ situations. 

Literally was blinded for a good portion of the rest of the match. Still did better than most of my teammates, just thought I would throw that in there. 

Anyways. No idea what is causing this and wanted to see if i am the only one suffering from this issue. I have attached screenshots I could capture in time to show this is a issue. As to if it happens on other maps i am not sure. Because I couldn't be bothered to endure more potential epileptic causing bugs.
