Season 2 battle pass purchased twice

I was looking at skins when I saw the "ignition" from season 1. I pressed go to so it took me to the battle pass . Since I already had purchased the battle pass I figured it was for the skin but sadly no. Psn couldn't help and told me to try contacting EA but can't find anything but this forum please help EA "your my only hope".
