Season 2 battle pass rewards unavailable

Hi everyone. On PS5 here.
I completed the free version of the Season 2 Battle Pass on the 6th of May, and after completing it, decided I wanted the rewards for the paid version. I already had 600 coins, 300 from Season 1 and 300 from Season 2 so I purchased 500 coins from the shop for a total of 1100 and bought the Battle Pass.
At first everything seemed fine, the Battle Pass page showed I had unlocked all of the content from the Season 2 Battle Pass so I went to equip all my new goodies and... Nothing.
None of the items unlocked and I also didn't receive the 800 leftover coins behind the paywall on the Battle Pass. I can look at the locked items in the inventory and they direct me to the Battle Pass page where it shows me I already unlocked them.
I have completed several games to force a  sync, I have restarted Battlefield 6, I have restarted my console, I have restored my Battlefield 6 License and I have done it all again. No items.
I contacted EA support and they directed me to make a bug report here so I hope someone can help.
