Season 2 Catch-up hardware challenge not tracking properly

The second stage challenge "Destroy or support in destroying aircraft with the 9K38 IGLA Launcher." doesn't track properly. I've shot down or supported shooting down dozens of aircrafts with the IGLA since beginning of season 4 when I returned to the game and only got the game to register 2 counting towards the challenge.
