Season 2 compensation | Why am I not eligible?

Battlefield recently said that if you haven't received compensation for the season 2 battle pass, then you aren't eligible, but I don't see why I wouldn't be.

I pre ordered the phantom edition and wasn't able to play with my friends on launch day. Eventually they gave me the boosters, so I figured I would get the battle pass as well. Apparently not, we don't even know the reasons for being ineligible, but I guess there's something other than just having phantom edition and being affected by the outage.

    Same here. This is just straight up scandalous. I don't care about the 10 bucks the BP costs, but i care about not being taken for a fool. My guesses for the reasons behind being "not eligible" : 

    1. You finished the 1st season battlepass so you can have the second one with bf coins, which is my case, but this shouldn't be considered as "free" because we paid for the S1 battlepass.
    2. You played through portal, which is also my case, but i still had to wait a through hours until someone find that "fix" to be able to play. 

      In any of those cases, we should be credited 1100 BF coins due to the outage. This company is awful. 

      I would have been glad to spend a few dollars in skin packs occasionally, but that AIN'T happening, ever.
