Second gadget moving to slot 3 after revive

Hello Support,

during gameplay on PC/Steam version I encountered the following bug:

During the game, while playing assault (not sure if this can occur otherwise) and while having equipped Assault Rifle on key 1, Pistol on key 2, Shotgun on key 3 and Grenade Launcher on key 4:

Dying and being revived consistently moves the grenade launcher to key 3 so now both the launcher and the shotgun must be selected by pressing key 3. Pressing key 4 does NOT select the grenade launcher anymore.

UI element showing launcher and/or shotgun ammunition count breaks.

This consists until dying and respawning.
