Sewer padlock in lvl 4 wont cut no action available blocking campaign completion

Padlock to sewer (level 4) wont cut, no option to do anything with it, not allowing me to complete the campaign. I have tried to re start the mission, I have tried to continue the mission and I have also restarted the PC and game still nothing.

    Encountering the same issue, also wasn't able to pickup enemy weapons in the previous mission. It showed the "pick up" text without the interact key, I could however interact with the mounted weapons. This didn't happen shortly after launch, I'm going back to the campaign after 150hrs of multiplayer.
