That might be a projectile speed issue. Have you unlocked the barrel that increases bullet speed yet?

It's def not a speed issue it's not every time but it's noticeable in a game where you can have near instant ttk waiting for the game to reg the hits for a full sec or 2  gets you killed but I can tell you I'm level 425 plus I've mastered all the carbines all the smgs all the snipers and a couple ars I know how the attachments work this is def not it it's like the bullets disappear sometimes or it just doesn't reg the hits for half a clip sometimes the net gragh doesn't show up neither does the net code most of the time and the hit markers don't show up when I they clearly should the people weren't moving when I really started noticing it so even if it was the velocity it wouldn't have mattered they didn't move till the hit markers did start working 

In that case, it sounds like a connection or server problem. If you're on console you could try turning crossplay off in case that helps, but if you're on PC or it's due to region, then I'm not sure what you could try other than seeing if there's anything to improve connection. 

For what it's worth, I use the SOR 556 a fair bit and don't generally experience what's happening with you. 

I can't turn off cross play there aren't enough player just end up waiting 10 mins between matches for it to decide to fill it with boys and I've done everything u can do for a good ping and latency I even ran my net gragh for a week to make sure I was good

I'm telling u it's a bug to be looked into
