This is still on going, newest Nvidia driver, game files verified, sound FX turned down, menu turned down. my ears get BLOWN...multiple times a night when playing. I was wearing IEMs when it first happened. Truly hurt, really bad. Have asked in game lobbies, people say it happens to them as well.
