spawn glitches /vehicles shooting through the ground/hit rego. map is to small

I can't spawn the new littlebird heli or whatever its called, when it's available clicking or spacebar to spawn does nothing.  the map ui spawn screen for me is bugged and i can't get into vehicles from the map ui screen, the game just won't let me. can only get into vehicles when i walk up to one and hit E to enter. 

hit rego is completely cooked on this map, vehicles shooting through the ground and hitting you behind mountains/hills without any line of sight. I personally can only replicate this on new contaminated map.

guns are broken im either shooting blanks or hit maker appears but no damage taken by enemies.

map is way to small for all the vehicles and to many recons, it's great seeing 20+ scope glints in ya face 4 steps after spawning

paying $140 for this mess of a game was a great investment...
