Spotting broken in breakthrough

I have tested so many variables, it comes down to when I play solo, breakthrough doesn’t count my spots from the drone or any other source. It works when I play with friends but not by myself. This is on Xbox 

I have cleared my cache, re installed my game and same thing, this has been going on for about a month now
