Squad Deathmatch Respawn

In the mode Squad Deathmatch. I noticed after skipping few revives, i can't skip request revive. it just stuck there. No one can revive nor does the timer run out. I tried redeploy, but then the loadout layout shows up even after running from the spawn point. If you want to redeploy again, you can't respawn whether you try to skip revive or redeploy from the menu. This happened to me multiple of time.
