Stick Drift Bug

Playing on a PC with an Xbox controller and experiencing a lot of stick drift on the left stick ONLY when playing BF6.  The spawn map cursor glides all over the place and I can't control it enough to select a specific point. The cursor doesn't stay still, even after letting go of the stick.  On foot and in a vehicle, random movements happen without any input.  I know it's not a hardware issue because I don't get this drift in other games with the same controller.
