Still haven't received Road to Battlefield 6 & Open Beta rewards.

I completed the "Road to Battlefield" free battle pass in Battlefield 2042 and all the challenges in the Battlefield 6 open beta but I cannot equip or select any of the rewards and they're all still ...

Same here I got the messages when downloaded redsec in November but couldn't claim them and no items were in the messages I also completed every challenges and road to battlefield 6 and when December 1st hit the messages disappeared and I also contacted EA help and now I own bf6
