EA_Leeuw you closed the other topics on this stating compensation was handed out for the EA app issues. Still nothing despite having those issues day one. This is honestly disgraceful on the behalf of EA to say one thing and completely ignore users who were impacted when they ask for what your company promised us. Two months of trying to get the compensation for buying the game on EA's first party launcher, and it feels like a slap in the face to not get the promised compensation.
So because I managed to join a broken, lagging Portal server for a few minutes, after struggling for hours to get the game running, I am not eligible to receive the promised Battlepass? You let people jump through hoops for 1.5 months only to give them half of what was communicated? The way EA treats long time, paying customers is unacceptable. It doesn't even make sense from a business standpoint. You could have made people happy by giving what was promised, instead you made sure they will never spend another cent on your platform.
Leeuw, you closed the big thread for missing compensation during the outage. Here you wrote, and I cite:

So, you are openly saying that we we're impacted aswell, so where is the battle pass compensation? Your team clearly communicated:
"Anyone on the EA app who was impacted will receive 12 Hardware and 12 Career 60-Minute Boosters, ... In addition, we will also be granting impacted players full access to a seasonal Battle Pass". Also as seen on the picture below.

Here is a screengrab on X, where Vince Zampella clearly states, that ANYONE impacted should be compensated. For context: Zampella is currently leading the development of Battlefield.

So, it seems we are acknowledged to be impacted, but somehow we are now deemed to be only partially impacted? Even if we were "partially" impacted, it clearly is communicated by EA AND Zampella that ANYONE impacted should be compensated. What is this gaslightning?
Did some suit boss deem that handing out compensations would ruin their quarterly finance report? And did he forgot to take into account lost profit for people like us, who will not spend a penny due to clearly rug pulling and straight up being untrue to their fans?
Still missing my compensation as well, company and customer service is an absolute joke. 8K comment thread closed after not replying once or interacting with any member of the community regarding the issue. Repeated tweets, emails and direct messages on this platform and X with no response.
