Still not tracking progress

Hello, so just want to report that support specialist to get a skin is not tracking correctly. The deal damage with the incendiary airburst launcher as support is not tracking of already getting one portion of it, which is the revive teammates in a match and support but other part is not tracking in any game mode I play.
