STORE: SHADOW ASSAULT-Bundle Espada / ASSAULT-Skin Basilisk (Cosmetic)

I had recently purchased a bundle called "Shadow Assault" on Battlefield 6, the first micro-transaction since I started playing the game upon release. The items featured in the bundle are really good-looking when you are inspecting the contents in the store but some of them look different when in class-customization.

The skin "Basilisk" for the ESPADA / ASSAULT-character has two visual flaws that either are not properly shown in the Store or cannot be seen until before purchase and closer inspection. The visor of the gas mask the character wears is this ugly, almost flat lime flesh-green whereas in the store the visor looks just slightly tinted with a subtle dark green hue. The other issue the skin has is that the character's face is clipping through a part of the gas mask / balaclava underneath the mask.

I am fairly sure the bundle cannot be refunded nor do I want to do so, but it would be incredible if these two (three-) issues were fixed to remedy the buyer's remorse:

1. How items in the store are presented
2. Visor of the "Basilisk"-skin for the ESPADA / ASSAULT
3. Face clipping through the side of the mask / balaclava

Additional note: I play Battlefield 6 on medium-low settings as that is where my device can balance performance and visuals. I am not sure if these issues go away when adjusted for higher quality but I unfortunately cannot go there without making the game much less playble--although the Store did show the skin "properly" prior to purchase, so it may not be dependent on graphical settings entirely.

GPU and other drivers are updated, game files are verified.
