Strange Camera Movement

Sometimes, seemingly randomly when looking around my camera very quickly and sharply moves in a random direction. Sometimes, like in the video I provided it is small but will mess up my aiming, while sometimes it'll make my character do a 180 degree turn almost instantly. I thought it was a problem with my mouse but this has never happened in any other game. I tend to play on higher sensitivities but not high enough where this should be happening. It seems to still happen even on lower sensitivities. In the video I provide it happens shortly after I kill the first guy. My camera move up and to the right.
