Streaming issue since launch

I have had this issue since launch but it seems to be more common nowadays. The issue goes as follows:

 Almost every session after 2-3 matches while playing my weapon will randomly disappear when I switch to it. Then every weapon I switch to has the same issue. After I inevitably die because I can't see my gun, my character's model won't show either. Proceeding to move too far away from the area that I originally was, every since model starts becoming low-poly/low LOD. This can go for 5-10(sometimes more) minutes and then randomly just fix itself. Now, if the match ends before the issue fixes itself, then the moment you matchmake or try to proceed to the Main Menu you get a black screen. There's audio but nothing visual and at that point the only way out it terminating the process AKA Alt + F4.

It's an extremely frustrating issue and honestly throws the flow of the session way off, especially when playing with friends. Many times(like today) I end up cutting it short and not touching the game for a few days. Every single update I hope it gets fixed but nada. But hey let's put more AI generated slop as cosmetics into the game🔥🔥
