Stuck in Death Animation

I spawned into a tank that was blown up as I was spawned in. I flew through the air and was stuck in the downed animation,I could not redeploy, bleed out, be revived, look around, see who was an enemy/ally. I was then kicked from the match for inactivity. Attached is the photo of my screen.
