Stuck In Loadout Screen Post Match

This morning, immediately as the match ended (i.e. during the victory/defeat screen), I somehow was able to switch to the loadouts screen; however, I quickly discovered that I was not able to continue to the post match screen. I let it sit for several minutes hoping it would load the next game, but eventually had to end the task in Task Manager because ESC and Y were not working.
