Stuck on Populating with bots unable to start match - TDM/KOTH/DOMINATION
Official servers stuck on 12/16 with populating with bots and unable to start the match.

they urgently need to fix the absurd matchmaking wait times for these modes, regardless of the map. It's common to wait 20 minutes or more. The lobby gets 12 people, it says it's "filling with bots," but then it fails to fill. Consequently, everyone leaves, the queue resets, and the match never actually starts.
And honestly, bots shouldn't even exist in the first place.
