Supply pouch bug

I've got the same issue since the Winter Offensive Update. 

It is completl y frustrating than you want to throw one to your mate and than you want to fire after it. You are just standing there completly unable to defend yourself against the enemy...

Yes, having also the same after  Winter Offensive Update. 

This is so fun. Triple nerfed supply pouch (no instant heal, fewer ammount to carry, and slower resupply) and then it is bugged too. I supplied an ally, tried to shoot at an enemy afterwards but threw 3 med pouches at him. With left click. Enemy was not impressed and thanked me with a bullet into my head.

FFS fix your game DICE!

Happens to me as well.

Same problem.
This annoying bug occurs frequently.

Also, I have found that sometimes, while running, firing, ADSing and throwing a Supply Pouch, the soldiers keeps throwing pouches until he runs out and you basically can't do anything other than waiting.
