Supply pouch bug

It has been fixed in season 2.

It's actually crazy this has been known and in the game for so long.  I guarantee support players quit over stuff like this

Why would I bother spending the money buying the battlepass if they don't spend the time to address major bugs like this?

Dice, HOW LONG DO YOU THINK IT WILL TAKE YOU TO FIX THIS ANNOYING BUG? Every Session I have at least 2 deaths because I throw a med pouch at my enemy instead of shooting him! Or do your programmers all have not learnt to code and only use AI to do their work by now? Abmyssal!

The only time it won't bug, is if you are out of packs to throw. 

So if I have 2 pouches and I throw one, it will bug. 
When I throw the next pouch, it won't bug because I have none left (until I resupply, etc)

So like... MOST of the time... it's bugged.... :( 

This is still happening after the latest patch. It started happening with Winter Offensive.
The supply pouch gets stuck on top of the weapon model and makes the weapon unfireable for 1-2s.
People say it happens frequently but on my end, it happens 100% of the time.

Was hoping they would fix in the latest patch ;-;

Also, I have found that sometimes, while running, firing, ADSing and throwing a Supply Pouch, the soldiers keeps throwing pouches until he runs out and you basically can't do anything other than waiting.

Same problem.
This annoying bug occurs frequently.

Happens to me as well.
