When using your supply bag, the supply pouch replenishes 1 at a time, max of 3.
Using a teamates' bag however, it replenishes 4 at a time, maximum of more? wasn't able to test. Replenish speeds were the same on each, simply the amount gained and amount carried was different.
Can these be made to recharge slowly over time regardless of sitting on your ammo box, and sped up when you are?
I too have noticed this, the resupply bag will sometimes replenish you supply pouches at 1 a time and other times it replenishes at 3-4 a time
It seems that this is a bug related to the first life in a match. You start off with 3 pouches and they resupply just 1 pouch (on a supply bag or from another pouch) until you have thrown 9 pouches in total all while being in your first life. Only then it'll start resupplying 4 pouches on a supply box and 1 pouch from another pouch. If you have died once (fully respawned), then you can restore up till 9 pouches total. I doubt it's intended this way. EA plis fix. :<
