SV-98 mastery level 40 reward not recieved upon reaching level 40

The TS-HD 6.00x Thermal is the last mastery level reward, and you're supposed to get it upon reaching level 40 mastery with the SV-98 sniper rifle, but for me it is still locked, same goes  for the weapon  camo(forest shutter) that you get when you reach mastery level 40 with the SV-98, thats  also locked for me.
