Tank repair bug at 80% health when it is full, still takes repairs

Map: Mirak Valley on Eastern side

Reproducibility: I have only seen this happen on this match in 60 hours of playtime, and no one else would try to verify if it was only me experiencing the bug.
Essentially, when using repair torch on m1 Abrams, the progress health bar goes up a little bit by a few pixels on the 2nd to last bar before resetting to 80% forever. On tank hit, sometimes the progress would go to 100% and the bug would disappear however it kept popping up after the tank was damaged. Newly spawned tanks also had this behavior. Upon hopping into the vehicle, it was correctly displaying that it was full health. Bug continued until end of match even after full deaths.

Bug did not reappear on the next match even after not closing game.
