The point blank and many of the weapon challenges aren't progressing.

My challenges haven't progressed much over the weeks and not the ones that are locked to certain level mind you I'm talking point blank filling both bars up for stage 1 but refusing to move on to stage 2 I've had "get kills under 15m with shotguns" full for 2 weeks and keep filling the "inflict damage with shotguns" one all the way but never move to stage 2 for my new gun. This has happened across multiple other challenges like team play etc. and would like to unlock new guns I've tried deleting and reinstalling as well but nothing's changed.
