There is a display bug for a specific language in the in-game chat.

When I send in-game chat messages in Japanese, some characters are missing, resulting in gibberish.
Chinese, Korean, and Russian seem to display correctly, so is there some issue specific to Japanese?
This is clearly a bug, so I’d like it fixed as soon as possible.
If it can’t be fixed, I’d like the chat to be limited to English only, as it has been in the past.
