Ticket bar and objectives list remain on HUD in Extreme mode

I mostly play extreme to get rid of the awefully unimmersive and cluttered default HUD. And these things cannot be hidden in the settings. Could we either get a setting to hide them or have them removed in Extreme and other immersive "hud-less" modes? Thanks.
