Hi there, and thanks for reaching out on the forums. Please try the following steps if you have already restarted the game and the EA app / Steam.
- Play one full match through to completion.
- Return to the main menu, then check the Battle Pass again.
- Check whether the skips were applied automatically to another active path. tier skips may sometimes be applied to the active path instead of the intended one.
If the skips still do not appear and your BF Coins are still missing, this will likely need an account-specific review. Please contact our EA Help if you need more help with this.

Hi, thanks for your prompt response.
1)-2) I did now complete a match, but did not receive my 10 tiers. Attached screenshot for reference - as you can see I have earned 1 BP point in the match, then returned to the menu which looks the same.
3) I have completed all previous paths and earned 2 BP points in the first tier of Prestige path (reference screenshot in my opening post), so I can confirm this was my active path when I purchased the tier skips to be applied.
I have opened a ticket on EA Help as well under Case #244890740

I did contact EA Help today and the agent said no issue was found in my account, but might be with the server, hence the case reported to the game team to check from backend.

Hi EA_Pulsar, any chance this gets resolved by the end of S2? Otherwise, may I receive my 750 coins back?
