don’t expect any assistance; this issue has been reported since launch day on tickets, reddit; youtube, and twitter and not a single person has gotten the issue corrected.
did you connect EA to twitch using a linked account of any sort? (platform instead of direct EA login?) if so that’s likely what’s causing your issue, like most others i’ve spoken to on xbox who didn’t receive the twitch drops from the beta, it was due to not having access to their lost or deactivated email they made the account with and so on twitch app they signed in using the linked xbox account and twitch confirmed the connection and let them claim the drops, only to find out on release day that they didn’t get the drops and EA live chat support is adamant that they don’t have the power to give you those drops and they end your ticket.
you and everyone else in the same boat, like me, will never be getting those collectibles
No I didn’t connected that way at all, I connected through the ea website to my twitch. I should have access to these skins.
