Unable to begin the Night Raid

Noticed some "funny business" when completing the previous mission. I wasn't able to pickup enemy weapons or resupply, friendly unit were also not coming to revive despite 2/2. It showed the "pick up" text without the interact key, I could however interact with the mounted weapons.

After completing I immediately began Night Raid and am unable to interact with the lock on the sewer gate. Nothing shows up despite being told I need to cut the lock repeatedly.
