Unable to bind/rebind Joystick

The settings menu of mapping your flightstick/joystick/HOTAS is bugged out after the s2 update. You simply cant bind it since the bind interface box is not there... But my previous binds are still current, but I managed to click on one bind which instantly unbinded it and cannot bind it again. So this clearly mean that the joystick support works since it worked before the s2 update and will work after if you had it working before. So the problem is simply with the interface from the games side.

BUT HOW WAS THIS NOT FIXED IN YESTERDAYS PATCH??!?
